Life Game Privacy Policy
Life Game processes only the minimum information needed to manage goals, today missions, reviews, and AI coaching.
Information We Process
- Account information: Firebase Authentication user ID, anonymous sign-in state, display name, and email address or Google/Apple identifiers if the user chooses to link an account.
- App usage information: goals, mission names and details, check-ins, reviews, and stat XP summaries.
- Subscription information: subscription status, product IDs, and entitlement state provided by RevenueCat, the App Store, or Google Play.
- AI request information: goals, missions, recent check-ins, and stat summaries needed to generate guidance.
How We Use Information
- Save and sync goals and missions.
- Support sign-in, account linking, and subscription entitlement checks.
- Generate AI-assisted plan drafts, guidance, and reviews.
- Respond to errors and support requests.
Third-Party Processors
Life Game uses Firebase Authentication, RevenueCat subscription management, and aiBackend for AI responses. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments directly. Life Game does not store full card numbers.
Retention and Deletion
Users can delete their account in the app through Settings > Account Link > Delete Account. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
If in-app deletion is difficult or additional data deletion is needed, contact support@aly.app. After a deletion request is verified, service data will be deleted except for information that must be retained by law.
