Life Game Account and Data Deletion Guide
Life Game users can delete their account directly inside the app.
How to Delete an Account in the App
- Open the Life Game app.
- Go to Settings from the bottom navigation.
- Select Account Link.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning, then select Confirm Deletion.
Information Deleted
- Firebase Authentication account.
- User ID connected to the account.
- Service data connected to the account, including goals, missions, check-ins, and reviews needed to provide app features.
Information that must be retained by law, or payment records retained by payment processors, may be kept separately according to each provider's policy.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Users must cancel subscriptions directly through the relevant store's subscription management screen.
